Dr. Dharmesh Kumar Patel
M.D., F.A.A.F.P
Dr. Patel is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician, treating patients of all ages. He emphasizes the holistic treatment of the total patient, both physically and mentally. While he enjoys practicing all aspects of family health, education and prevention are foundational to his philosophy and the practice.
He is particularly interested in treating patients with multiple comorbidities (conditions), especially Diabetes, Hypertension and Cardiovascular diseases.
Dr. Patel embodies the motto of Georgia Family Care, “Where Patients Come First,” as seen in multiple awards including, but not limited to America’s Most Honored Professionals. His attentive and compassionate nature make him a favorite among families.
He previously practiced in Alabama before moving to Georgia in 2005 when he established Georgia Family Care. Since then, he has opened two additional offices.
Dr. Patel is fluent in English, Spanish, Gujarati, Hindi, and Punjabi. Outside the office, Dr. Patel also enjoys playing and watching cricket, golf, and volleyball.

Jenny Than
PA-C
Mrs. Jenny Than has over 15 years of experience in the primary care field. She has been working with Dr. Patel at Georgia Family Care since 2010.
Mrs. Than is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences with a Master degree of Physician Assistant in 2008, and was Certified in 2008.
Her energetic and calming spirit makes her great with children, and she is also very experienced with well women exams.
Ganesh Kini
M.D.
Before joining the Georgia Family Care practice, Dr. Kini started his own private practice in Rockdale County in 1987. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from Cook County Hospital in Chicago in 1981, after which he worked for the Veterans Administration Hospital.
With decades of experience caring for patients, Dr. Kini’s expertise is unmatched. With his compassionate and caring demeanor, Dr. Kini has been a very welcome addition to Georgia Family Care.
BEATRIXE EUGENE
D.O.
Dr. Eugene is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician who brings over 25 years of experience to the Georgia Family Care team. Born in Haiti and raised in Miami, she has dedicated her career to serving diverse communities with compassion and expertise. She completed her medical education at the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Following her residency at Miami Heart/Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Eugene went on to care for patients in a variety of settings, including Jackson Memorial Hospital, urgent care centers, and community health clinics. Her broad clinical background has equipped her to treat a wide range of medical conditions in adults and seniors alike.
Fluent in Creole and proficient in medical Spanish, Dr. Eugene ensures that patients feel heard and understood. With her warm approach and dedication to quality care, she is a valued member of the Georgia Family Care.
VALINA HARRY
MSN, ANP-BC
Valina Harry is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in primary care. She has worked in various settings, including outpatient clinics, ICUs, and hospice care, offering a wide range of expertise in adult health.
She earned her BSN from St. Joseph College in 2005 and completed her MSN in Adult Health at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2013, where she also became certified.Valina is known for her attention to detail and commitment to patient education. She is especially passionate about women’s wellness and takes pride in offering supportive and thorough care during wellness exams.
CIERRA WALTERS
MCMSc, PA-C
Cierra Walters is a nationally certified physician assistant with nearly a decade of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, and occupational health. Originally from Georgia, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Avian Biology from the University of Georgia and went on to complete her Master of Clinical Medical Science at Barry University’s Physician Assistant Program.
Cierra has served patients in high-volume clinics, FEMA relief operations, and large health systems like Kaiser Permanente. Her diverse background allows her to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families from all walks of life.
She is deeply passionate about patient education and believes in empowering patients to actively participate in their wellness journey. Known for her warm bedside manner and commitment to quality care, Cierra is a valued member of the Georgia Family Care team and is excited to serve her local community.
