How can I make a payment?

Making a payment to Georgia Family Care is safe, easy, and convenient. You can pay your balance in one of the following ways:

1. ONLINE: Click here.

2. IN PERSON: Visit any of our three locations. We accept all forms of payments: cash, credit cards and checks.

3. BY PHONE: Please have your credit card handy.

4. BY MAIL: Include the top part of your statement along with either your credit card information or a check made payable to GEORGIA FAMILY CARE, LLC.

Do I need an appointment to receive medical care?
Seeing our office is easy and convenient for all our patients. We always welcome walk-ins, however same day appointments are readily available with Open Access Scheduling.
Are you accepting new patients?
Georgia Family Care is currently welcoming new patients! For decades we have been trusted by the local Atlanta community for comprehensive and compassionate care, and would love to meet you and your family soon.
What are your hours of operation?

With our extended evening and weekend hours, you no longer need to take time off from work for your routine visits, follow-ups or preventive care visits.

Hours Of Operation:
M-F: 8 AM- 5 PM (typically closed for Lunch: 1 PM -2 PM)

Can I visit any of the Georgia Family Care locations?
Yes. We have three locations in the greater Atlanta area for your convenience.
Can I meet with a doctor virtually? I don’t feel comfortable going to the office because of COVID-19.
Yes. Technology allows for the medical staff at Georgia Family Care to meet with patients virtually. Contact us today to schedule a telehealth appointment with our trusted and caring team.
How do I know if I need a referral?
With the exceptions of emergencies, you typically need a referral to see a specialist for medical care. We suggest contacting your insurance company to determine if a referral is required.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my child’s appointment?
Georgia Family Care understands that schedule changes happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give our office 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice (or neglect to show up), you may be charged a cancellation fee.
